Started my 10 mins a day today! Super excited!

To warm up I took my dog for a 20 minute power walk

Then: 30 jumping jacks, 10 crunches, 2 minutes of jump rope, 3 minutes of elliptical and 3 sets of wall pushups.


_ Just realized I posted this as a new topic. I meant to post it in an already existing one. My apologies.. im new at this.
