First day of the 10 minute/day exercise challenge.
I've started with jumping on the rebounder/trampoline - a 100 jumping jacks takes 2 minutes, so 5 sets of that and I've got the minimum for the day!!

Today is my first day. I have to learn to do small steps and build up. I tend to try it big and then lose track and fall off the wagon. I plan on ten minutes of exercise everyday this week and will remind myself to not over do it and take it easy.

Fat people are harder to kidnap.

My goal is to move every day, in a way that makes my heart beat faster for 10 minutes and challenges me!

So today I did 20 minutes on an elliptical at a slow and steady pace!!!!

I'm happy for me!!! I haven't exercised in a long time and felt goodemoticon

Every day is a challenge!!! My attitude I must keep in check!

I can do what ever I put my mind to!!!
