Sit and Be Fit is a program that is on PBS television. Why don't you google it in on your computer and ask about that and other low impact exercises. I'm sure that should help you some.
You tube might have something too. Whatever you do, DON'T GIVE UP!
P.S. If you are feeling quite sick, I'm in agreement you should not be exercising. You will only compound your sickness and you definitely want to get well soon. Once you're feeling better that do all you can to be healthy!
