So far did 15 minutes on my compact elliptical trainer, sitting down, but did it at a higher pace than I ever did. Still not feeling the energy to do much. Not sure if it's my sleep apnea or what. I did contact my dr via email to ask what's happening with getting me a CPAP machine, so at least I did something!!!

60 mins earlier (treadmill, elliptical, arc trainer and chess press machine). Currently I'm at my desk doing squats and leg lifts with 5lb ankle weights.

Exercising is non-negotiable & consistency is the key to our success!
