So far did 15 minutes on my compact elliptical trainer, sitting down, but did it at a higher pace than I ever did. Still not feeling the energy to do much. Not sure if it's my sleep apnea or what. I did contact my dr via email to ask what's happening with getting me a CPAP machine, so at least I did something!!!
My mantra: You have the choice.... Don't trade what you want most, for what you want at the moment.
Be grateful for your problems....they often teach you something, but they always show you that you are stronger than you ever thought you were.
