Today is Day 1 of my challenge. I'm hoping to get into the habit of exercising every day, even if it's only for 10 minutes a day. This challenge is PERFECT for me, since it's not an unrealistic expectation. Anyway, I think I read somewhere that it takes about 28 days to develop a habit....So here's to replacing one bad habit (not exercising at all) with one good habit (exercising at least once a day for 10 min.)!!
