This week has added challenges of air travel and a conference inside a mega-building with little natural elements. But, when I looked closer, I was able to add in those 10 minutes sessions: 10 minutes of walking while waiting for connecting flights (avoiding escalators and moving sidewalks), and a series of 5-minute brisk walks around the conference area between sessions -- that added up to 15 - 20 minutes total each of the 3 days of the conference. It felt good to find solutions and use them well.
