Today I did 20 min on the treadmill, 20 on the elp. 10 on the bike! And I took a 50 minute zumba class this evening! Felt very good afterwards! Loved it!

I did a 10 minute video and 30 minutes of mowing my yard with a push mower.

Congratulations! Feels great, huh? I was babysitting out toddler granddaughter today. She loves the outdoors. I pushed her in her stroller--up & down a hill for 15 minutes. Also did a good bit of walking, but at a toddler's pace. But I did get my heart going! Let's keep this up! emoticon
