Take care of yourself. I had that done in 1987 and had to have exploratory surgery because it was an emergency. As soon as they put the knife to the gallbladder, it exploded and stones went everywhere. They found them in my lung, liver he said everywhere. They said some of the stones were almost the size of a dime and they stopped counting at 500. I almost died because I was full of infection. Everytime I complained of pain, they would blame nerves.

First and foremost, take care of yourself. A little at a time as you can and you will be back to your old self before you know it!

Had that done about 5 years ago. You need to take it easy for a few weeks then start slowly back into your 10 minute routine. When you feel well enough to walk, make sure someone is with you the first couple of times. We don't want you falling and hurting yourself. It is only a little setback until you start again. Good luck!

Spent the week-end in the hospital ... had my gallbladder out Tuesday morning so I'm moving around VERY slow - not even fast enough to consider walking.
