What about in front of the tv with dumbells or resistent band in the evening or early morning?

Cool that you guys have been able to work out. I need more motivation in that area. I used to work out at the gym but now i' have not been able to motivate myself to exercise. I recently moved and started looking for a gym, but after coming back from work where i stand on my feet all day and after getting on the subway to and from work, going to the gym just seem like too much work. I hope i'm able to find another way to exercise soon. :)

I am looking forward to working out even more every day! I have been for the past couple weeks walking 20 minutes on my treadmill every day with 3 pound weights. I would love to have more Spark friends for motivation!! Thanks so much!!
