It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Yes Bowling is listed. I am in a bowling league and count it each week. My league is a two man team. So there is not much time between each time I bowl. I know that when I bowl especially in this league I work up a mild sweat. Before we bowl the bowling alley seems a little on the chilly side but by the end of the evening I am usually complaining that I am hot. I am going to get twice the workout tonight as we are pre-bowling for next week as my husband has to be out of town. 6 games instead of 3 games.

As Reba says -- I am a "modern country woman," . I am as comfortable at a rodeo or on Rodeo Drive.

emoticon I think you can. If you go to the fittness tracker and browse under sports it lists bowling. It certainly is at least 10 minutes of moving! Have a great day!

Can you count 2 hours of bowling for your 10 minute daily challenge? That is what I will be doing this afternoon for our work team-gathering. I just figure if I stay on my feet and move, it shoudl count.

This was my birthday, the day after, I gave up sweets.
