We're not the only ones...since I've posted this to all my groups, at least 7 or 8 people have said they did the same thing....we're in an elite group of people ;-)

I received emails from my teams saying that I was a fitness leader....I thought to my self, "how am I a leader for the month??" I do work out daily, but not as many minutes as I see others working out.
Come to find out, I've been adding my minutes in the "quick track" and also in the "fitness tracker" below. I thought the Quick Track was only for my benefit.
Suffice it to say, I should not be at the top of the "leader" boards for fitness...I'll try to fix it ;-)

(My usual routine is about 70 minutes a day with every other day included strength training and 30 minutes of cardio. The other days are cardio and yoga)
