I agree that challenges really can help keep one motivated. I just joined this one after finishing the Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge on Saturday. I recommend that challenge. It was great. Good luck whatever you do! emoticon

Good for you and really, why stop the challenge? You did 10 minutes a day every day, why not bump it up to 20? Heck go crazy and make it 30! Maybe challenge yourself to 10 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of weights every day - whatever you have to do to stay motivated. You are on the right track and you should be really proud of yourself.

This is my last week with the challenge and I can't beleive it. I made it. I went beyond it. I am def going to join another challenge to keep myself going. It really helps!
