Hello! Hillary!

You sound that you excerise alot. Do you have alot of weight to loose? Are you enjoying the l0-minute daily exercise challenge? I found the second week was the hardest, I felt giving up. How about you.

I have been doing the 7 day Boocamp workouts with cardio added days 2-6. I having been trying to do two videos a day. Either the same video or 1 & 2, then 2 & 3, then 3 & 4. trying to find away to get my cardio in without making it too dull. I am going to try to start doing a Coach Nicole Bootcamp Cardio video. I if I lose 4 pounds by 1/31/11 I am going to reward myself with her Cardio Blast Video. I weigh in on Sundays so hopefully I will be down 2 or more pounds.

Goals
1.) Log in everyday and get login points and Bonus Spin
2.) Do 30-45 minute on WII Fit Plus

5.) Take it one day at a time.
6.) Take time for me.

45 min. workout today, I hiked with a 10 lb weight vest. I am trying to build endurance.

I got in about 7 mins today. I am headed for neck and back surgery this year so i did what I could. I will work on it. I want to lose some weight before i have my neck surgery done. Cause right after it about 4 months I have back surgery so alot of down time and i don't want to put any weight on at all.

It's a favourite of mine, is actually good for the
lower back. I sometimes give myself rewards like ending a workout with a favourite ... or mowing the lawns, all on a hill slope section, and saving the road reserve which is absolutely flat till last, as my special reward ! I kid you not!

I didn't get my morning activity in, but did get 18 minutes on my recumbent bike when I got home from work. I feel good tonight! Also stayed within my calorie allotment!

As also did I ... although coming home, I think had I stopped long enough and had an umbrella the wind would have lifted me and carried me back.... Hmm always did think I'd make a good "Mary Poppins"... emoticon
Have also done 2 x 10 minute sets of exercises.
First lot I did were
Forward Lunges, Reverse crunches and then I spoiled myself by doing about 3 minutes worth of a favourite,
Swimming (on "floor")
Second lot were from Nicole's Basic Stretching routine. Did -: Neck stretches, Hamstring and Quad stretches and back stretches. Then treated myself to
another lot of Swimming ...
