As also did I ... although coming home, I think had I stopped long enough and had an umbrella the wind would have lifted me and carried me back.... Hmm always did think I'd make a good "Mary Poppins"...
Have also done 2 x 10 minute sets of exercises.
First lot I did were
Forward Lunges, Reverse crunches and then I spoiled myself by doing about 3 minutes worth of a favourite,
Swimming (on "floor")
Second lot were from Nicole's Basic Stretching routine. Did -: Neck stretches, Hamstring and Quad stretches and back stretches. Then treated myself to
another lot of Swimming ...
