I will be going to the store on my lunch to buy Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred (I have heard amazing stories about this dvd). I usually only get to workout in the evenings. Wish me luck...it's been a while since I have done this. lol

Man I don't know what was wrong with me today. I got up at 5 in the morning went hooping with my youngest son which was 35 minutes and then I went jogging with my nephew for one hour. Then went to the gym with my oldest son stayed for an hour. We did a cardio class for 30 minutes. I did 30 squats and 50 lunges stretched for 45 minutes. I only feel a little tired. Boy I bet you I will never have a day like today. emoticon

Everytime I wake up I have a chance.

Today was a bad day, neighbors called in he middle of the night to ee if I could come stay with their children as they had a family member who was suffering a heart attack and they needed to rush to the hospital 75 miles away. Needless to say, I rushed over. However, it really played havoc with my sleep and I am just exhausted today. Hence, poor breakfast which meant a bad eating day. I did have a yummy salad for lunch and made stir fry for supper. It was the mini candy bar and that brownie on the counter that did me in. Also, during lunch I had to attend parent teacher conferences for my son and didn't make it to the gym. However, the 4 flights of stairs that I climbed several times today should count for something. I also did some cleaning and a short walk. Better tomorrow.

I did Pump class (free weights) for 45 minutes and then put in 26 minutes on the Elliptical machine. 325 calories burned according the the machine, I love the calorie burn, but it is awfully boring. I listened to a book on tape, but guess TV might work better.

I called up a friend and we went kayaking on the river for 2 1/2 hours. No white water, just nice even paddling most of the way. Loading , unloading, & strapping kayaks into the truck all burns calories!!Had to make the most of a beautiful day as snow flurries are coming next week.

My 1 hour walk with my 2 youngest in the double buggy. When my husband is home from work I will go for my walk/run (building up over the next few months to a 5k run)

Smile .... it makes people wonder what you're up to ;-)

The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.
