I have completed week 2 also. I hope I can do week 3. But I have added more walking and spinning classes, I am eating more fruits and veggies.

Everytime I wake up I have a chance.

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

I completed week two this morning. I did after storm clean up, added five minutes of stretchingto my morning routine and kept track of eating for four days straight. I found out through the tracking that for breakfast I consistently had fruit. Itended to eat the largest servings of vegetables at dinner. I tended to have a snack in the mid afternoon and it was something crunchy.
