Remember that the challenge is for 10 minutes a day so don't overdue. The important thing is to let it become a habit to do something for 10 minutes - and there are a lot of things that can count as exercise. 10 minutes of any extra movement, exercise or even yard work or housework can count. Good luck in your journey! emoticon

I started out slowly with 10 minutes walks because of my knees and last night I walked for over an hour..and my knees did not complain once to me. It felt so good and I woke up and they still feel great. So take it slow and add a minute or two each time depending on how the knees feel and you will be walking all over the place w/o pain before you know it.


God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I can not change.
Courage to change the things I can and Wisdom to know the difference.

Good morning... yesterday I did my first 10 minute workout!!! I was so excited, but I know my body's limits with my knee injury, so I'm stuck to 10 minutes a day this week. I'm hoping that with strengthening, I can up to 2 10 minutes next week. So this week, challenge is 1 a day and some strength training on the knee!
