OK I finally got off my butt and took a walk! I know that it's important for me and I don't know why I can't seem to get motivated... that's why I joined this team... for M-O-T-I-V-A-T-I-O-N! I live on what is affectionately known as the "Killer Hill"! It has a steep grade and is difficult to walk whether you are fit or not! So I took the lower half as my first conquest. Once I get that under my belt without stopping then I will attack the upper half, which is the real Killer Hill I tracked my walk in the Spark Fitness Map.
