Strengthening with weights works well for me. Burns calories, raises my heart rate ( YAY, 130!) Is fun and easy to increase variety ( of weights and exercise). Bonus - I do not leave my home and the cost is a one time expense for weights and exercise mat.

Today 7/16 I enjoyed 10 minutes of strengthening and 15 minutes of stretching!
