July 18th I was not feeling so well, but I did walk for 1 mile.
July 19th. I walked a long way, not sure how far, but I know it more than a mile. I felt much better today.

I went to zumba this morning, fun and did a 11 minute chair cardio workout after my nap, not sure if I go for a walk or not, but I did work outside transplanting and weeding for about 45 minutes,

my update. I have been cleaning my house and my clients homes ( I work in home health) and been racking up those fitness minutes. I went for a 20 min walk today since it is beautiful outside. Also my foot isn't hurting anymore for the last week and gonna start doing different types of exercises.

I planned a walk this morning at 0600. I went to bed at 6 pm last night and set my alarm for 3 am. My DH thought I was only napping so he says and woke me from a sound sleep (again) at 8:30 pm. I take a sleeping pill and ALWAYS go to bed this early, usually at 7 pm. I have no idea why he said he thought I was only napping. Anyway, it took 4 cups of coffee to wake up because I still needed to prepare my crockpot recipe for lunch today. I had planned on doing that at 3 am. So, I sparked as I drank coffee and woke up, then started prep. It took quite a long time. Then, I had to prepare my breakfast and eat it and shower. At 6 am, time to leave and I had 0 energy. I thought if I'd go for my walk, it would be a very slow walk at 2 mph, instead of a good walk at 3 mph. I was so tired and wiped out, so I didn't go. It would have only been a 15 walk anyway, as I'm just starting out. I have worked my way up from 10 minutes. It burns very few calories, like 40.

I went back to bed at 6 am instead and was able to sleep till 1030. My lunch was ready at 11 am, but I've been drinking coffee, sparking and waking up AGAIN! I'm ready for lunch now: Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup! emoticon My tiny taste at 11 am was yummy! So chow!

Did a kickboxing dvd for 68 minutes! Feel great right now, but I know I am going to be super sore tomorrow. I am proud of myself for being able to do the whole thing. My endurance is back!
