44 minutes bike riding outside on a dirt track. This was a killer workout for me. The heat, plus humidity and riding in low gear the whole way made this a very good workout for me. emoticon emoticon

9-Minute Seated Arm and Shoulder Workout (Coach Nicole)
Video: 14-Minute Cardio Dance Workout from Hemalayaa's "Bollywood Burn" DVD
Video: 10-Minute Beginner's Pilates Workout from Kristin McGee's ''Pilates for Beginners''

I really like the seated arm and shoulder workout and the pilates workout was a good core workout. The Bollywood workout was fun but very high impact (lots of jumping and hopping) so I don't think I'll be able to do that one again until I shed some pounds.

Success is the greatest motivator of all!

60 squats..and walking with my morning client..about 1/4 mile..very slow since he is just out of the hospital..but we walked :).

I can only fail if I don't try

14 minute cardio dance workout
and getting ready for my walk, 30 minutes at least
worked in my garden pulling out old squash vines, did not last too long this year, way to hot but my tomatoes are great emoticon
