today and yesterday I didn't want to do any exercises. I had planned on doing some yesterday but didn't. Today, Although I did not want to exercise, I walked the mile that I said I did yesterday. But I did a 30 min power walk video as well for today exercise. I did not count the mile walk as I counted it yesterday. But I counted the power walk video for today. Yesterday I said i did the 12minute cardio video. I did that today but did not count it. I did the16 minute ballywood cardio exercise today,and counted it for today. I did the15 yoga chi exercise because I said i did that yesterday. So all I need to do tomorrow to get get on track is one session of yogiles video and the 20 minute resistant band video and I will be all caught up

Although I did not want to exercise, I am glad that I did.

I have been so busy today I have been exercising during the commercials. Does that count. Walking in place 4 minutes, Kickbacks 4 minutes, Bicep Curls 2 minutes at 3 lbs, Tricep Kickbacks 2 minutes at 3 lbs, Crunches 4 minutes, Dumbbell Shoulder Press 2 minutes at 3 lbs, Dumbbell Tricep Extensions 2 minutes at 3 lbs, Bridges 4 minutes, Modified Plank 4 minutes, Step Ups 4 minutes. It adds up to 30 minutes and my body was feeling the exercises.
