Weekly tips are different. Doing 10mins/day for 5days/week for 4 consecutive weeks - this remains the same.

Kathy391 - I think it will help. I find that when I start with the 10 minutes I end up exercising more.

I have a question...

I joined this challenge with hope of getting in shape, or at least gaining a little energy so that maybe one day i can have enough energy to do a full hour work out.

My question is do you think this challenge along with my diet will impact my weight loss goal, do you think maybe i can loose some weight.

I sure hope so, im so desperate to loose this baby fat, my daughter is 2 years old and im still 30 pounds over weight... any advise?

maintaining my inner peace is my goal, a healthy lifestyle is my mission!

How can I start the Week 1 10-minute exercise challenge again. When I joined in April, I just had major abdominal surgery a few weeks before and did not complete the challenge for week 1. I'd like to get those emails again like I did in the beginning. How can I do this? Do I need to resign and then join again? Thank you for your help.

Question - On the Team Home Page it says I'm on week 2 and it started on 6/8. I thought I was on week 1 until yesterday and that was when week 2 started. I received the Week 2 e-mail yesterday. Will it really mess me up, or can I just keep track of the weeks with where I thought I am?

HAPINANA, Qi Gong can be tracked as "Tai Chi" in your SP fitness tracker. Search for it in under "Track your cardio" button.

@ADELATIDB: You have to track it in your goals ... I am guessing you are probably not tracking them in your "Other Goals" section. Go tho this team's page and scroll to the bottom. Click on "Join Goal" for "exercise 10mins/day" - then it will show up in your "Other Goals" page. Check off the box for each day that you do 10mins/day

@ INDIRA6, for the challenge you need to work out 5 out of 7 days of the week for 4 weeks in a row. if you miss more than the 2 days in a week, to earn the trophy you will have to start from scratch i.e. leave the team and re-join it. Good luck!

Hi Shirdee1~
Nice to meet you! You said you wanted to meet people ........... me too since we all share the same goal .............. Also you said something : re the sore muscles and asked, "Does this mean it is working?" .............. It does ........... and are you still doing the 10 min workouts? ............ As you increase your time and activity, your body will adjust and you will have less pain. (I just noticed your post was late Feb so hope you see this) .............. Jan

After regaining most of the weight I lost I am having to start over. My recent weight gain really put the hurts on me so I want to gradually ease back into exercising. I am wanting to start with the easier balance exercises on the WII fit and maybe include a vigorous non stop house cleaning session as part of another ten minute daily exercise. Doing both of those things would help me to achieve two very important goals in my life. I hope that I am not letting myself off too easily and will commit to adding more time and variety as my health improves.

Hmmm....feet swelling may not be such a good thing...do you have a shoe store nearby where you can get professionally fitted for sports shoes depending on the exercise/activities you perform? I think do the gait analysis, arch fit, etc which would prevent the problem you are having...good luck!

My shoes (to me) fit perfectly. They do seem to get tighter as I workout. I just figured my feet were swelling. Which I don't know if that is a good thing or bad thing.

Is your footwear the correct size, well-fitted, shoe laces tied to tightly?

The question is not necessarily about the challenge but I'm gonna ask anyway. I just started using an elliptical. I'm still getting used to it but an really enjoying the workout I am getting on it. My question is does anyone else's toes "fall asleep"? After approx 15 min my toes go to sleep and I'm having to stop and walk it off. Am I doing something wrong? Is this something that just happens when you first start?

I would like to restart this challenge. How do I leave the group??? I have been doing the 10 min daily, but did not keep track of the minutes on my other goals. So I guess to get my streak in, I have to start over.

My weight is actually lbs. not kg.
