I do not know...I think I am on week 2, maybe 3? but do not have a clue...someone posted to go to Coach Nancy`s page, but where is that and if she is the coach, shouldn`t she keep us informed? I am dropping out of this, and I have not given up a challenge since I started SP.6 mons ago...Coach Nancy...WHERE ARE YOU?

Ok, I just joined like 10 minutes ago and am a tad confused. Do we just pick any workout for 10 mins a day and do it, or is there actually a list of workouts to do each day? Please help lol

Hello,
I would like to know if I can start this challenge over?
My back injury was exacerbated by the exercise that I did on day 1 and so I had to take day 2 off.
Well, being the dopey perfectionist that I am, I did more than I should have on day 3 to make up for day 2, which made the 4th and 5th days impossible to accomplish. ~L~ It sounds like a riddle or something, doesn't it?!
I would really like to start this off on the right note. Now that I know that I have to REALLY take it easy to begin with, I'll have a better chance at a real streak. I would hate to start off with holes in my program already. ~S~ So, is there any way to begin again?
I could not figure out why I had not gotten the award, and realized some of the challenges were not coming in. Instead I clicked on the team challenge page and there above these messages were the challenges for each week, and a place to check them off. Good Luck....I just hit day 39!

I never got the week 1 challenge email..so have no clue what I'm doing on this team! Been exercising though and that is what counts!

Question 1: I'll be finishing day 5 of the New You Bootcamp. Can I count any of the days that I've completed and the one I'll do today towards my streak or do these workouts not count for this challenge?
Question 2: I'm doing a powerwalk in the morning that takes me about 50 min. (3 miles). Does this activity count towards this challenge?

OK..just joined and this is my first team thing or whatever so I am just wondering what comes next. I clicked on the team page and week one was highlighted as "clickable" So I reset all my goals to reflect the team challenge. I checked the box off wk1. Does the 2nd week highlight itself next saturday? (official start of week two)
And I was also wondering about "SparkPeople's new Cardio Blast DVD" with the 10 minute exercises. Do I need any equipment like a step etc? I saw that you can go jumprope-less but I just wanted to make sure as a lot of DVDs require weights or something. I love short workouts...I totally agree too that it really does help with moving you forward and sticking to it. I would of never stuck to my exercise if I did not do short workouts at first. Thanks for writing that article.

I dropped out of the team and then joined again. It worked for me. I don't know if there is any other way to reset the goals.

I joined this challenge last Wednesday just as I was coming down with a nasty summer head cold. Let's just say with the exception of a 60 min walk this past Sunday, I have not done 10 mins each day. I'm feeling much better and will be "re-starting" today, the day before I'm to begin week 2 if I were on track. Should I leave the team and re-join so I'm officially on track to earn my trophy? Thank you!

On the team page down by the new members, there's a button to "track goal". That will set up the tracker in Other Goals on the Daily Challenges of your Sparkpoints page.

Well, obviously I wasn't ready to get started with this Team Challenge. I've been watching our 3 month old granddaughter and I thought I could get in my exercising... but it just didn't happen. July is a better month and I will begin again then! Meanwhile, I'm still here checking things out and keeping my Spark!

I bought a 10 minute Solution Dance Mix DVD. How do I add it to my cardio fitness tracker? The only thing I could compare it to was 10 minutes of line dancing.

What can I do to start the 10 minutes of exercise that won't end in a heart attack??? What counts as exercise...?? I will not be jogging or jumping rope or swimming any miles either. What am I to do?

I think I messed up.
I am 3 days shy of completing my 2nd week of the challenge this Thursday, and just realized that I did not check the boxes on my Streaks page for the challenge. I have been posting on the team message board, and logging the exercises in other goals page, too.
Do I need to start all over again?
