Awesome challenge . . . I just joined a gym last week and thought I would start at a minute a day and on day one realized that 30 hard minutes of cardio and 30 hard minutes of strength were not only doable but invigorating!

Hi I just joined the challenge. I believe I can do this. I will be doing strength training with bands and weights today and then cardio tomorrow. I choose between the treadmill,hip hop abs,and the computer generated ones on the site. Being that I quit smoking (Nov) after 30 some years I have a little trouble with the hour and longer work out but push through!

I sure hope this will maybe give me a jumpstart. I use to walk also everyday until having to have foot surgery. Got new orhothics now my feet don't hurt so no more excuses!

I have done this challenge before and it was really good! So I have come back to start it again! I hope that will be OK!
I already do more than 10 minutes exercise a day! So this time I am going to do 10 minutes of aerobic exercise a day! I need to start my streak, so I think I will do that starting tomorrow! If I can remember how to do it!

Just joined this challange. I saw it and thought it would go along with my goal of doing excersizes each day. I started 2 days ago by doing 10 min workout with video's on you tube. I just need motivated to keep going. Hope this helpes. :)

My dog is enjoying my resolution to be more active and re-start the 10 minute challenge too. I'm renewing my goal to do this after falling off the wagon at day 23 in the past. I tend to use one lapse as an excuse to drop out of the race. Working on it.

Mapped out a course near my office - it is a little over 1 mile. I walked it in 14.27 minutes today. My goal is to get up from my desk and do this walk every day I work (Mon-Fri)!

ok 2 days ago I played volleyball on the xbox kincet for about 30 min with my kids, yesterday I worked on cleaning up my yard moving lots of boxes and different things for about an hour and a half. Today I am gonig to do some track and field on the xbox kinect or do some more stuff around the house.

Day 3 - I walked 3 miles and did 19min on the wii

Day 4 - I have currently done 21min on the wii and aim to do some more walking or dancing this aftenoon... Haven't decided which yet! :-)

Day 1 --I walked for 45 minutes today so surpassed the 10 minutes however it's not the length of time right now but being constant, creating the streak, establishing the new habit of walking every day. I may not do so much each day, it's just a matter of doing it EVERY day.

I figured I would add 10 more minutes to my cardio at the gym but in a different form so I finished all my cardio and resistance training and the got on the recumbent bike for an additional 10 minutes. I may try something different next tim trying to shake it up a bit as I have been at this plateau for quite some time! ugh!

SUN32146: You could ride a stationary bike and probably read if you are a member of a gym... or I used to walk and listen to a book on CD or a podcast, that makes the time go by a lot faster! Books on CD are pricey but most libraries stock them to loan for free.

Just joined today and I usually go to the gym on my way home from work. Couldn't today as I had an appt. so I worked with resistance bands. It is really hard as my job is one where I am on my feet all day long and going up and own stairs! Sometimes it seems as if the job is workout enough although I know it is not.

I've wondered about a recumbent bike for that very reason. I have an ellyptical which I cannot even walk on for 10 minutes with no extra pressure set on it. I am starting with this challenge because I started on my own walking 10 minutes daily last week and this week I'm doing 20 minutes. I am "listening" to my shins, because I am so heavy right now and don't want to overdo and get laid up.

Joined the team yesterday and walked 20 minutes on the treadmill both yesterday and today. Waiting for the on-demand to be installed in the basement to start a total body workout. Yuk!
