This year I'm going to keep riding the exercise bike, walking my puppy love, and writing my morning pages every day, along with dance and yoga practice a few times a week. I have been working so hard to shift the negative internal voice into neutral with meditation and compassion, but this year I would really like to try to move towards speaking with kindness towards myself, even if it feels really foreign to me.
