My goal is to start doing stretching at least 1x a day whenever/however I can. My hips & lower back have been really bothering me so I know I need to do this! Thanks for the reminder (and extra kick in the pants!) emoticon

What are your goals for today? Do you give yourself a free day over the weekend?

Mine ar to get my 8 glasses of water, walk for an hour, stick to my meal plan, and to get my yoga and strength training in!
