It was EXCELLENT!!! I really felt prepared mentally, which can be a challenge for me. I was able to maintain about 10-10:30 minute miles, which is a bit short of my average, BUT I have never run 9 miles non stop ever....
Long story EVEN longer, I am on cloud 9.
