I was reading the blogs today and I found a couple that sparked my interest (pun fully intended). Both discuss having bracelets for motivational purposes. www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_
As I was reading, I was thinking "Hey! I could make myself something like this!" And then I thought "Hey! I'm a mostly absent co-leader of the Metalsmithing and Jewelry SparkTeam and perhaps I should actually be a leader!"
I challenge myself to check in every day this month.
The team challenge for June will be the following:
Design and make your very own piece of inspiration (bracelet, necklace, etc). When it is complete, wear it every day.
The other part of this challenge is consistency. Select one goal to be consistent with, whether it is tracking, exercising, drinking water, etc. Pick one for the month of June. And then check in once a week on your progress.
Me? I'm going for the tracking. So far this month I have tracked everything.
