I'm on week 4 and my results so far have been awesome. You can see them on my blog or in my pictures. Have you tried changing your diet? I've found that by limiting my calories to 1200-1600 a day that I lose tons more weight. Just a suggestion. It also makes a difference when you are doing the DVDs that you actually punch and kick hard and give it everything. After week 2 and really getting the moves down, I started working on my form and making sure I was doing everything with all that I have. It's made a huge difference.
Keep going because it is worth it. I'm at a weight loss plateau, but I'm starting to really notice muscle definition. I've been doing this program since October. If I keep track of my calorie intake I can lose a few more pounds, but the way I have noticed my body changing is so worth it! I even tried on bikini's last weekend
I lost several inches when I started turbo fire, but had been doing other classes and running before that when I started my journey. I am down about 20" and 13 pounds from July. I started turbo fire in October.

Thats good to hear. Thank for replying. I am very dedicated to it but i was getting a bit discouraged because some of the results i saw on the beach body site from some of the members..I could not tell a difference at all... So i was in a panic

Hi, Mishell. I had most of my extra weight off, but it has been years since I had done routine exercise. I was about 5 weeks into TurboFire when I was SHOCKED to look in the mirror and see abs! I have NEVER seen abs before! I think it may have even been sooner than that. My husband has commented numerous times that I have never been this fit. :-) I am 49 and so that says a lot. He said "Not even in your 20s." I used to marathon years ago, so that really DOES say a lot! While I have been all different shapes and sizes, including 250 pounds the last time I began a "fatloss journey" in 2006, I have never looked or felt like this. I am near the end of my fourth month of TurboFire and have been really faithful with it. MASSIVE results. I am down a couple of sizes, too and feel really good.
I lost close to 6 pounds on the inferno plan and 4 inches overall (an inch from the waits, one from the hips and one in each thigh) the first week of the program i lost 2.5 pounds but didn't take measurements. Tomorrow i am weighing in again and will take measurements. But, people at work are saying they can tell i have lost weight.

I noticed some changes after the first month. After 3 months I was down a few inches everywhere but not a whole lot of pounds so be sure to track your measurements too. I didn't do the inferno plan because I'm too picky with my food - not good at following prescribed meal plans! I'm finishing month 4 this week and hope to see more more inches gone!
Steady and fired up wins the race :) I was going to say slow and steady but there ain't nothin slow about Turbo Fire!
