I noticed some changes after the first month. After 3 months I was down a few inches everywhere but not a whole lot of pounds so be sure to track your measurements too. I didn't do the inferno plan because I'm too picky with my food - not good at following prescribed meal plans! I'm finishing month 4 this week and hope to see more more inches gone!
Steady and fired up wins the race :) I was going to say slow and steady but there ain't nothin slow about Turbo Fire!
