Hi everyone
I'm new to this team.
I love her videos and think this challenge will work for me.
I study all day long and I keep saying to myself, get up and just do a 8 min video and take a break from the desk.
I'm getting desk fat!!!

This challenge will be to increase our workout, if you used to do 30 min each day for 3 days, increase it to 35 min each day for 3 days, small changes can do A LOT for you...
