Today's video is one I use often after I've finished some work at my desk - the Seated Core Video - stretches the muscles nicely. Then I get up and do some walking or light cardio.

I started really looking at ways to burn more calories with workouts. I have my nutrition under control, so this is the next hurdle.I am trying to cut back treadmill, but it is hard to let go because I stick with it! I type why I walk. My kids have 30min reading time each day so I walk then. I will move up;-) I started going away from it last week, but I was not getting my exercise in for the day;-)

I love tracking how many calories I am burning. This is for today;-)

I did the first work out from F,F & Fire up Saturday and it went well. I did the second day today (arms) 2 times plus a pilates video w/ coach Nicole today. I almost gave up after the first time but told my self I am not a wimp and can do it again.

*P.S. I had some problems with the video skipping so I had to go back a few times to make sure I didn't miss something.
