Did the 28 day work out yesterday. but, this cold got the better of me and didn't get to the sculpting. But ,will give it a try tomorrow. depending on how i feel. But, For now it's still 28 day workout for me.

had a set back so will be starting over on my 28 day boot camp.Time to change things up a bit so, I will also be incorporating total body sculpting with it. Will see what happens, hoping for the best and that i don't over do it this time.

Rest day at bootcamp, so I did 30 minutes of total body sculpting instead. I know rest day means to give it a break. my real rest day is on Sunday when I have to mow lawn and all that kinds of stuff.

Every little bit helps. If it is the chair exercises then make it the best you can. you don't want to hurt yourself in the process of getting fit. Who knows may be one day you can do the boot camp. But, if not you still got other opportunities. emoticon emoticon

Update--can't wear the brace as it's too tight and flared up my eczema, so now have a red lower leg and still limping. I should have stuck with the chair exercises.

Still hoping SP gets some additional chair exercises. I've done the existing ones so much that don't even need to follow them on video, have them memorized.

Continuing with the Coach Nicole seated cardios. I should have stuck exclusively with them, tried doing a low impact cardio from another trainer and ended up with tendinitis in my foot. It's chair exercises for me for at least 6 weeks, according to the doc. I have to wear a brace on my foot now.

I'm supposed to rest, but we're moving 400+ miles away in 2 weeks, so need to keep packing. Wish there were some new chair cardios. I've memorized the existing ones.

I do the chair cardio and the chair core exercises almost daily. In fact I've almost memorized the chair cardio one, so don't even need to play it. LOL.

Today's video is one I use often after I've finished some work at my desk - the Seated Core Video - stretches the muscles nicely. Then I get up and do some walking or light cardio.
