Yikes!!!...I'm STUCK!!! Tracking my foods--Within my calorie range for weeks, with the exception of my Mother's Day celebration...went over a little (105 calories). Exercising everyday--Walking at least 1 mile, at least 30 minutes of cardio, and strength training 15-25 minutes. I'm starting to get FRUSTRATED!!!! UGH!!!

Congratulations, Debbie! That's wonderful news. The positive feedback of achieving a landmark goal provides even greater incentive to stick to it. Are you doing the new bootcamp?

I've been keeping up with that, but with mom in the hospital, I just don't have much time for posting. I've gained weight these last two months. This is my last ditch attempt to lose before summer. I've started watching my food and exercise again, but I'd really slacked off while dealing with mom's hospitalization.

Hi, I'm going to try restarting my program. I've practically regained all my weight since mom broke her hip. This Monday she went from rehab back to the hospital with an infection. It's not a good time, but it seems there won't be for a long time. I've just got to squeeze in the exercise and start tracking my nutrition or I'll be a blimp.

I'm 145 and have been eating fast food and junk food and not exercising. I've started cooking again, bought salad fixings, am tracking and starting the new Sweatsuit to Swimsuit boot camp. I tried to restart in April, but I was overwhelmed while mom was in rehab. I hope to stick to it this month.

New to the group...when I weighed in on Sunday...my weigh in day...I was at 184.5. I started week 2 of the New You boot camp on Sunday. I haven't started doing the optional videos yet, but have been doing 15 minutes of cardio plus the 7 minute video at least each day. The amazing thing though was that after just one week, I lost 1 inch on my hips, 1 on my waist and .5 an inch on my neck. So something must be working!!

I'm on such a long plateau, I think I've reached the weight my body wants me to be. But then, I still haven't calmed down from my holiday eating. I'm exercising, but I definitely need work on the calories.

I'm still stuck on 133-135 back and forth. Now that the holidays are over and I'm getting back on track with a kickstart from bootcamp, I hope to lose at least a pound or two this month.
