No wonder I was feeling tired yesterday. Today I wake up with blocked sinusses and a closed eye. So that's a sign to take it easy. Never ignore the signals your body gives you. We all have a very clever tool. Have a nice day!

Today all the gyms are for free here so I have decided to get to work late.
I will go to a gym before work.
A pitty we have no gyms for a reasonable price that are open at 8 am because then I could go to a gym 2-3 times a week and get late to work but not take a break and still leave at the same time.
We have one that is open at 7 am, it is 20 minutes away from me by bike and in the opposite direction from work. This would be the least of my problem because I would see it as my warming up and cooling down session but their monthly fee is sky high, once a week at 75 euro per month.

Yesterday I have been told that the results of the worksurvey done a few months ago didn't turn out very positive for me. I will have to drop one full scale and still do the same work.

Three years ago this has happened to me as well at the same employer.

Their reaction is take it or leave it.

I would love to leave it but I can't because I have accrued some rights that I can't cash for another three to five years and I don't want to loose them.

Since I have lived this once before it won't make me binge but these kind of things are not good for emotional eaters like me.

Hope your New Year starts better then mine.
