NEEDED
2 TABLESPOON UNSALTED BUTTER
2/3 CUP CREAMY NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER
CUP CINFECTIONERS SUGAR
3 TABLESPOONS HONEY
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
1 CUPS RICE KRISPIES CEREAL
1 CUP QUICK OATS
CUP RAISINS
CUP MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
CUP FINELY CHOPPED LIGHTLY SALTED DRY-ROASTES PEANUTS
HOW TO MAKE
1. MELT BUTTER IN A MEDUIM SAUCEPAN OVER MEDUIM HEAT. REMOVE PAN FROM HEAT, THEN STIR IN PEANUT BUTTER, CONFECTIONERS SUGAR, HONEY AND VANILLA. STIR ON RICE KRISPIES AND OATS. ALLOW MIXTURE TO COOL.
2. STIR IN RASIANS AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS. FORM MIXTURE INTO 1 INCH BALLS, THEN ROLL EACH BALL IN CHOPPED PEANUTS, PRESSING TO COAT. STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER IN REFRIGERATOR.
