MAKES ONE SERVING CONTAINING 500 CALORIES

NEEDED
4 OUNCE SALMON FILLET
1 TEASPOON MAPLE SRYUP
1 TEASPOON DIJON MUSTARD
1 TEASPOON CANOLA OIL
2/3 CUP COOKED BROWN RICED
TABLESPOON DRIED CHERRIES
TABLESPOON CRUSHED PISTACHIOS
1 TEASPOON CHOPPED PARSELY
1/8 CUP ORANGE JUICE
1 CUP STEAMED BROCCOLI

HOW TO MAKE
1. TOP THE SALMON WITH THE MAPLE SYRUP MIXED WITH THE DIJON MUSTARD/ BAKE AT 400 FOR 8 TO 10 MNUTES.
2. IN A SAUCE PAN COMBINE THE OIL, BROWN RICE, DRIED CHERRIES, CRUSHED PISTACHIOS CHOPPED PARSLEY AND ORANGE JUICE. HEAT THROUGH
3 SERVE THE SALMON AND RICE WITH THE BROCCOLI.
