I deserve a treat today because I courageously replaced an old swimsuit this week with one that looks great. I graciously accepted the bumps, scars, and imperfect thighs that showed so prominently in the fitting room mirror, congratulated myself on looking pretty darn fine for 56, and passed up the Sees Candy sample that had my name on it when I walked past the store to get to my car. It is the first time I've tried on swimsuits with that much grace. YEAH!
