I have a full time demanding job, to go to the next full time demanding job of being a father of 3 young children, attending school for a Master's in Engineer, and still finding time to workout at least 45 min/ day/ 4-5 times a week.
Already am seeing quite an increase in exercise and lifting performance. I've vowed not to step onto the scale until the end of the month.
The simple way I reward myself is by entering my activity and nutrition on SparkPeople for the day. It makes me feel good that I've achieved the goals I've set for myself for the day. If I have a set back, I take a note, and try to improve on it the next day.
