I work hard to get my 10,000 steps a day, I work hard to keep my calorie intake under 1600, I work hard making sure everything I have to do is done as well as leaving time for myself.
How do I treat myself? with a healthy smoothie or a mini ($20or less) shopping spree usually buying workout gear, attire or fitness mag. More things to inspire me to workout! I'd feel foolish laying on the couch in my new running pants!
