This is my 3rd week of my new way of life with food not controlling me but me controlling my food intake. I feel very empowered and I no longer have heartburn, stomach aches and a ton of other issues. My skin feels better and I'm no long puffy from too much salt and processed foods. Of course my energy level has skyrocketed. It's kind scary to think that if I have this much energy after this short of time, what will it be like when I get to my target weight?!!! But with this gradual and sensible approach to my weightloss and healthful eating goals I'm sure it will all fall into place. My treats are to listen to music for 10 to 30 minutes and just relax without guilt or read for 30 to an hour and again, not feel like I should do something else. Also, this week I'm joining a health club as a treat to myself.
