TUESDAY ---WALK AT A BRISK PACE FOR 30 TO 40 MINUTES

WENSDAY--REST OR CROSS TRAIN

THURSDAY--WALK AT A BRISK PACE FOR 20 TO 30 MINUTES

FRIDAY--REST

SATURDAY-- CROSS TRAIN DO TO CARDIO WORKOUTS

SUNDAY-- WALK AT A SLOW PACE FOR 30 SECONDS THEN AT A BRISK PACE FOR 10 MINUTES DO THIS FOR 30 - 40 MINUTES
