TUESDAY --- WALK AT A FASTER PACE FOR 1 MINUTE THAN AT A BRISK PACE (AS FAST YOU CAN) FOR 5 MINUTES DO THIS FOR 30 TO 40 MINUTES

WENSDAY--REST OR CROSS TRAIN

THURSDAY-- WALK AT A FASTER PACE THAN SLOW A SLOW PACE FOR 1 MINUTE. THEN WALK AT A BRISK PACE FOR 10 MINUTES. DO THIS FOR 20 TO 30 MINUTES

FRIDAY--REST

SATURDAY-- CROSS TRAIN DO TO CARDIO WORKOUTS)

SUNDAY-- WALK AT A SLOW PACE FOR 1 MINUTE THEN WALK AT A BRISK PACE FOR 7 MINUTES. DO THIS FOR 40 TO 50 MINUTES
