MONDAY--- REST

TUESDAY ---WALK AT A BRISK PACE FOR 20 TO 30 MINUTES

WENSDAY-- 1 MINUTE SURGES( WARM UP FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES AT A SLOW WALK PACE AND THEN DO WALK AT A FAST PACE FOR 10 TO 12 MINUTES THEN WALK AT A SLOWER PACE FOR 2 MINUTES THEN WALK AT A SLOW PACE FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES

THURSDAY--WALK AT A BRISK PACE 15 TO 25 MINUTES

FRIDAY--WALK AT A BRISK PACE FOR 20 TO 30 MINUTES

SATURDAY-- REST OR CROSS TRAIN

SUNDAY-- WALK AT YOUR FASTEST PACE FOR 40 TO 50 MINUTES.
