WALK UP FIVE FLIGHTS AT A STEADY AT A STEADY PACE. THEN FIND THE QUOTE THAT MATCHES HOW YOU FEEL.

I MADE IT BUT I WAS GASPING FOR BREATH YOU ARE AN INTERMEDIATE

THAT WAS NOT TO BAD YOU ARE AN ADVANCED WALKER

BEGINNERS WALKING

WARM UP MARCH IN PLACE AT AN EASY PACE FOR 2 MINUTES

WORK IT OUT-

WALK AT BRISK PACE FOR 5 MINUTES

CLIMB TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS AT AN EASY PACE FOR 4 MINUTES ( IF YOU NEED A BREAK BETWEEN FLIGHTS STOP BUT MARCH IN PLACE
