2 TABLESPOONS LOW-FAT FARMER CHEESE ( OR OTHER SPREADABLE LIGHT CHEESE)
TEASPOON CHOPPED FRESH DILL
1 SLICE TOMATO
SLICED HARD BOILED EGG
2 SLICES CUCUMBER
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
HOW TO MAKE
TOAST THE MUFFIN AND SPREAD ON CHEESE 1 TABLESPOON EACH SIDE. ADD THE DILL, TOMATO, HARD BOILED EGG, CUCUMBER. SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT AND PEPPE
