this is the first time I've stuck with an exercise plan this long. Since I cut out the sugar from my diet I feel so much better, and without the constant overwhelming pain I'm able to exercise. I've lost 12 lbs since the first of June and that's after 4 years of steady weight gain. I treat myself by spending time with my kids having fun before 2 out of 3 go off to college. When I reach my goal, I get a new wardrobe for Christmas!
