I bet I know. Is your head goal the one you have in mind, like your first goal?
If so, mine is 195lbs. That will put me 1/4 of the way to my final goal.

I'm doing fantastic! I have a 4 day streak going for staying at or below my calorie range, I've walked everyday except Sunday (my rest day), I got in 2 strengthening workouts last week, and today I started doing the C25K. I feel GREAT!

Today I am starting a Day 1. I got up this AM and did Yoga, gonna walk the dog when it cools off then do some strengthening exercises. Today I'm going to spend 30 minutes doing an exercise I love, which will be dancing. And today I'm going to track everything I eat, even if it's a bug that flies down my throat ha ha
And today I'm going to go to bed listening to my weight loss hypnosis CD
Today I'm going to make PROGRESS!

Gooooood morrrrrrrrning. I hope everyone wakes up to sunshine, is feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day! (Yup, I'm one of those cheery morning people you probably wanna choke the crap out of, or at least smack. LOL.)

I'm not quite where I want to be but I continue to fight the good fight every day. My original plan was to lose 208.5 lbs by August 2011. I have only lost 189.5 lbs so there's no way I will reach that goal. (I have 19 lbs to go! Ugh!!) I've been stuck at the exact same weight for a solid month now. I've tried everything you can think of with no results. I examine this compulsively but I have no answers. I've eaten less and worked harder but nothing changed. I increased water consumption and started chewing on fiber supplements a few times each day. (Adequate fiber intake has always been one of my problems.) Then I had this bright idea to try eating a little more just in case I was in "starvation mode". (I've spent 1.5 years eating 1200 calories or less but now that I am in my normal weight range, maybe this is not enough, or so I thought.) Soooo, I started eating like "normal" people do. 1500 to 2000 calories a day (all natural and all low/no carb). Yup. I gained 6 lbs in four days!!! LOL. To heck with that. Back to 800 to 1200 calories a day. I've lost 189.5 lbs and I am *NOT* looking back. No way!!! But now this leaves me wondering what the heck should I be doing to lose the rest of the weight I want to lose.... but more importantly.... did I just prove to myself that I have to diet and eat like a bird for the rest of my friggin life? That is so gonna suck! It leaves me feeling defeated and discouraged!!! (I'm not defeated but you know what I mean?)

Anyway, all of this to say I *almost* made it to my goal but everything came to a complete stop just inches before I arrived at the goal line. But *almost* only counts in the game of horse shoes! I refuse to give up and I will figure out where I'm going wrong. I'm compulsive about figuring it out. (I just lack the patience to not become frustrated about the whole thing. But do not worry... frustration is fuel for me. LOL.)

I'm not seeing the results I want to yet, but I took a big step last week.
I met with a personal trainer to see why I'm not losing any weight, and actually putting on 10 pounds since February no matter how much exercise I'm doing.
He suggested that I may be overtraining and not eating enough.
He's putting together a weight training schedule for me, which I'll get from him tomorrow.
He's also limiting me to an hour at the gym every day, and I'm also supposed to try to force myself to eat when I get stressed as I tend to not be able to eat when I get stressed and head to the gym instead. As he put it "Double Whammy!".
Long story short, hopefully I'll start to see some results soon.

Dead Fu*kin' Last is better than Did Not Finish, which is much better than Did Not Start.

this past weekend was HORRIBLE for me I went on a crazy binge,...... I ate so much sugar I paid for it yesterday... and let me tell ya... I felt horrible afterwards... I have been avoiding any sugar stuff for a while but this weekend I went bonkas...

I'm not where I want to be yet, but I am on my way! I'm seeing steady progress each week... only *really really* started July 1st --as far as physical activity goes, but have been eating well over the last few months.

I have about 5.5 more months to get down 31 pounds... or at least within 5-10. It's doable! At least at the rate I'm going! If I can continue losing the 2lbs per week I am, I'll be in good shape. Not going to happen sitting here, though!

Time to grab some lunch and get a move on! Hope you all have an amazing week!

So we are more then half way through the year. Are you seeing the results you hoped/ wanted? If not take a few minutes (or more) and really think about the changes you need to make to get where you want before 2011 is over. Time moves fast and there is no time like the present to get things moving in the right direction.

Post where you are and where you would like to be by the end of 2011
