Any little thing for a "fibromite" is likely to trigger some "interesting" side effects. Just think of it as the Pain Thermostat being stuck on high, and deal with it the best you can. There are plenty of discussion topics that cover how to handle these kind of things... and you are NOT alone!

I was walking while talking to my DD on my ceoo and stepped into a hole just off the sidewalk. What a jarring fall, it took me a bit but I was able to make it home. Does anyone else get all hurty when they get jarred? It makes my muscles spasm and ache.
No injuries, so I am lucky, but I went 15, 000 steps today, and now I am hurting so much I doubt I will sleep tonight.

There is life in the old gal yet.
