emoticon and emoticon to the team. It is very helpful to be on a team that recognizes the problems we tend to have with FM.

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

"Be not afraid of going slow; be afraid if standing still" (Chinese Proverb)

With God all things are possible.

If you have the courage to begin, you have the courage to succeed.

Don't ever lose hope. The important thing is to never give up trying. I think I must be on my 30th attempt or so LOL! I think I read in the motivational quotes today that you haven't failed until you give up.

You have to take care of yourself in order to be able to take care of others

Be kind to all because everyone you meet is fighting some sort of battle.

Work like you don't need the money, love like you've never been hurt, dance like nobody's watching and NEVER fry bacon naked!

You are successful the moment you start moving toward a worthwhile goal.

I don't know if I've introduced myself, but I've been a spark member and used it off and on for 6 years now. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyagia, but I think I've actually had it for about 25 years now. I'm 43. My symptoms used to be mostly chronic fatigue and difficulty exercising, but several years ago the pain that I was experienced very lightly and sporadically increased exponentially and I began having days and weeks of barely being able to get out of bed, much less do anything. I was unable to work for several years. Luckily I found a doctor who realized what was happening and started prescribing some meds that would help. Right now I'm mostly having issues with changing my eating patterns, eliminating caffeine and other harmful chemicals, and exercising. I like yoga, but don't do it consistently. I'm also looking into Tai Chi. I'm t the point where I just want to feel better and not hurt as much.

Oh yeah, and I'm back to my start weight. I just can't seem to get my eating under control.
