I apparently have chronic fatigue along with Fibro. My problem is I can only sleep about 3-4 hours at night and during the day. Right now I have been sleeping a lot because of the heat and no air. When I am awake I do what I can in the house or yard or going to town and then I sleep. Sleep when you have the need and do anything else when you can.

I have still not weighed in and we have been traveling so much I have not been keeping my food tracker up to date. I have however been riding my bike and swimming quite a lot. I never feel like I have lost or gained weight even when I have so won't even hazard a guess. I have been careful about food choices so that should be a good thing. We shall see when I finally get weighed.
I apparently have both fibro and RA. Lately, I am unbearably tired many days. Nothing helps. Not caffeine, not exercise, nothing except giving in and sleeping. Yesterday I could easily have slept around the clock if I had let myself. Is anyone else experiencing this? How do you handle it?
