Patti2255 wrote a message to several of us a few days ago asking if we had suggestions for games or goals for December. Many of you replied that December is a stressful time for you and it is difficult to keep up with your healthy eating or healthy exercising, etc.
So, here's our December Challenge. Every goal begins with a small step. I want anyone who wants to participate to think of what they want to accomplish by December 31st. Then start with telling us your first, small step toward that goal.
Here's mine. I know I overeat during the holidays because that's when the tastiest food is available. For me, it's egg nog, fruitcake, baklava, potato pancakes, etc. So, my first step is to allow myself to have a taste of these things. It will be half of a portion. And no more that day.
