I used to walk with my daughter but now that it's so cold I haven't been working out at all. And it's showing on the scale!
I don't have the time or money for the gym so walking was perfect. I have an elliptical in my basement/play room but I haven't used it yet becuase I just know if I try to get on it in the evenings for like 30 minutes my daughter isn't going to let me. She just turned 1 and can't play by herself for too long if I'm there. She just wants to play with me so there is no way that she'll just chill in the pack and play for 30 minutes while she sees me 10 feet away on the elliptical.
So, any suggestions on how I can start getting my work out back on track?
