My suggestion would be to try the elliptical and see how long she will let you go. if it is 10 minutes then try doing 3 sessions of 10 minutes each. Is there anyone that can watch her for 30 minutes while you work out? I would suggest as well you look into the 10 minute workout video's on the SP website some of them are really good. Best wishes on your journey to better health

I used to walk with my daughter but now that it's so cold I haven't been working out at all. And it's showing on the scale! I don't have the time or money for the gym so walking was perfect. I have an elliptical in my basement/play room but I haven't used it yet becuase I just know if I try to get on it in the evenings for like 30 minutes my daughter isn't going to let me. She just turned 1 and can't play by herself for too long if I'm there. She just wants to play with me so there is no way that she'll just chill in the pack and play for 30 minutes while she sees me 10 feet away on the elliptical. So, any suggestions on how I can start getting my work out back on track?
