First take a deep breath and get a note book!
Then write down all the things that need to be done.
Then look at the list and say can any of the other people in the house help with this task?
If yes then put a name next to that task. If not then move to the next task. After you have completed this part then go back to the tasks you cannot get help on and ask yourself if i do not do this what will happen?
If nothing bad will happen then give it a rating of 3. Do the rest of the tasks with the rating system of 1 being no matter what this needs to happen, 2 being this needs to happen but not right now. and 3 this would just be nice to have.
Then take all the number 1's and fit them into your day making sure you allow time for work, eating, fitness and good sleep. If you have open time then plug in some of the 2's.
