Hello, I am new to this.. I am 27 yrs old and desperatly trying to lose 40lbs by April 2012...I have a 5 year old girl, I'm married.. and I work full time. Between work, PTO, and family events, its hard to find mommy time.. any tips? The hubby and I just joined a gym but sometimes its hard getting a sitter. Looking for support and suggestions to reach my weight goal!!!

Hi everyone, I too am new to this team and to spark people. I am a full time working mom, with a 13 year old son and 8 year old boy and girl twins. Everyone has a sport so we are out of the house everyday from 7:30 am to almost 7:00 pm. I have struggled with my weight most of my life but have hitting all time high. I have gained 40 pounds over the last year or so. I am one of those people who the trainers always say I don't eat enough or sleep enough. 7 hours a night is like sleeping in. I have started walking around the soccer field during my daughters practice 2 days a week. How do you guys fit your excercise in? And food, some days I remember to pack breakfast and lunch and other times I don't. Any ideas on easy things to pack? I look forward to learning from you all.

Hi Ladies! I am new and looking for some spark friends. I work 50+ hours a week and that is not including the time I work at home. I have 3 boys and we are always on the go. I am a roller coaster when it comes to weight loss and need help getting off the ride.
